Features of round industrial manways

Industrial round manways are usually characterized by their solid construction and the possibility of manufacturing them in a diverse range of materials - both mild steel and stainless steel. Among circular industrial manways, there are non-pressure and pressure models (for use in tanks and pipelines with increased operating pressure).

Industrial round manways come in a range of dimensions from DN50 to DN800. Popular dimensions include:

  • DN100 and DN150,
  • DN200,
  • DN300 and DN350,
  • DN600,
  • DN800.

They are also equipped with a flexible gasket between the cover and frame. Popular sealing materials that can be installed in industrial manways include EPDM, NBR, silicone and Viton.

Industrial round manways are used in a variety of applications - including:

  • in the production and transportation of agricultural chemicals,
  • in the paint industry,
  • in water and wastewater installations,
  • in the production and storage of biomass, and many others.
