Certificates available for the offered products are always indicated in the quotation annotations. The most common certificates are: material certificate 3.1 according to EN 10 204 (for steel, glass), FDA (or equivalent – for elastomers), PED (for pressure equipment).
Material certificates 3.1 (usually at a cost of 10 to 60 EUR net), sometimes also FDA, as well as certificates and approvals issued on individual request of the customer are paid. A surcharge for PED certification is also required for some models. The remaining documentation is usually free of charge.

Depending on their type and size, products are transported by various carriers – most often the following companies: DHL, DPD or GLS.
Yes – if a discount percentage is indicated next to an item (product/service), it is always included in the final price presented in the quotation (the quotation does not require the customer to make calculations).
The default form of payment is a prepayment of 100% of the order value, made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the pro forma document.
The bank name, account number and SWIFT code can be found at the top right of the pro forma document.
Yes – our wholesale orders have a lower price per item than single and occasional orders. In the case of partnership in the implementation of large projects (for example, construction of entire production lines), we provide quotes at project prices (i.e. individually determined prices below standard rates).
Manway selection:
Due to the multitude of technical parameters, the selection of a manway should be carried out by a person familiar with the characteristics of the installation in which the manway will be operated. Thus, the responsibility for choosing the right model always lies with the ordering party.
Yes – we provide spare parts for products from our catalogue (gaskets, handwheels, lids).
