Szczególnie przydaje się tam, gdzie konieczna jest podwyższona odporność korozję oraz ciśnienie lub próżnię.
Stainless steel round pressure manway B300PV is manufactured from steel of grade AISI 316. It is installed in the roof of pressure tanks, which are used in a variety of production processes. It is particularly useful where increased resistance to corrosion and pressure or vacuum is required.
Simple, however, solid and durable design provides comfort of use even with frequent opening/closing. The manway cover is closed using handwheels attached to hinges (plastic or INOX handwheels available).
Manways of the B300PV series are manufactured in various dimensions from DN308 to DN608 (see the "dimensions" tab for details).
The surface of the manway is sandblasted (standard), but the manway can also be polished upon request.
By default, B300PV manways have a frame (H) height of 100 mm. It is possible to extend the flange to a height of up to 1000 mm on special request.
Round manway series B300PV - application
The main area of application for the manway are the food, dairy, beverage and liquor industries. They are also used with good results in fruit and vegetable processing, cosmetics, biotechnology and chemical industries.
In general, it can be installed wherever the parameters of the materials used in its construction allow its application.
