Stainless steel round manway Boyer series P22-800
Round manway P22-800, is a solid and large structure (DN800) suitable for operation at pressure up to 1.0 bar. In the basic version, the surfaces of the manway are not treated, welds and machining marks are visible. On request, all surfaces can be smoothed, and if necessary, the entire manway can be electropolished (which results in a smooth surface).
Parts of the manway which have direct contact with the working medium, are manufactured from stainless steel of AISI 316L grade. Other parts are made of AISI 304/304L grade steel. A manway of this type is installed in the roof of a stainless steel tank. The cover of the manway P22-800 has handles for easy lifting, as well as a hinge to ensure stability of opening/closing.

Round manways of the P22-800 series are installed in various types of non-pressure and pressure tanks and process equipment. The main areas of application of this manway model are:
