The Boyer P22-238 circular manway is the smallest manway in the series, which includes a total of six items with diameters: 204, 354 and 400 mm.
All manways in this series are equipped with an electropolished cover with a handle. The flat cover is fixed on a hinge, which stabilizes it during opening and closing. A handle attached to the side of the cover facilitates its lifting.
The structural components of the manway are manufactured from stainless steels in grades AISI 304L and AISI 316L. However, it should be noted that those parts that are in direct contact with the medium are manufactured only from AISI 316L grade. Both the Boyer P22-238 circular manway and the other models included in the series are installed in stainless steel tanks.
Round manways P22-238 - application
Round manways P22-238 are installed in autoclaves and hygienic process equipment. The main areas of application for this manway model are:
- food and dairy industry,
- beverage and alcohol production industry,
- vegetable and fruit processing.
Due to its universal design and wide range of available sealing materials, this manway can also be used in the areas of:
