Właz okrągły nierdzewny C41 DN300 osadza się w poszyciu bocznym lub dachu zbiornika nierdzewnego. Jego zdejmowana pokrywa wraz z uszczelką dociskana jest do kołnierza za pomocą dwóch zacisków. Co więcej, płaski obszar na wypukłości pokrywy umożliwia zamontowanie dodatkowego osprzętu.
Round stainless steel manway C41 DN300 is installed in the side wall or roof of the stainless steel tank. Its removable cover with gasket is tightened to the frame with two handwheels. What's more, the flat area on the cover allows for the installation of additional accessories (for example: sight glass or breathe valve).
Model C41 is produced as standard with mounting frame (flange) of 60 mm height (see table). Optionally, it is possible to equip the manway with a higher frame in order to install it in a stainless steel tank covered with thermal insulation. Round manway C41 is in general installed in non-pressure stainless steel tanks designed for storing various types of liquid products, but it can also be successfully used in a variety of process equipment.
As standard, the C41 manway is manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, and optionally from AISI 316L. A wide range of gasket materials allows the manway to be used in contact with a variety of working media (liquids).
