Round manway series A550 is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L. This model is mounted in the upper part of the stainless tank. The lid of the A550 series round manway is fixed with a clamp (clamp-type closure). By releasing the clamp the lid can be completely removed.
A large range of mounting flange heights is available, so the manway can be easily built into stainless steel insulated tanks. Round clamp manways of this series are installed in stainless steel tanks designed for storing various types of products and liquid raw materials.
Round manway series A550 - application
The main area of application of the manway are the food, dairy, beverage and alcohol production industries. They are also used with good results in fruit and vegetable processing, cosmetics, biotechnology and chemical industries.
In general, it can be installed wherever the application is allowed by the parameters of the materials used in its construction.
