Rectangular vertical manways Boyer P23-201/P23-203 and horizontal manways P23-202/P23-204 are very solid and durable structures. They are installed in the side walls of stainless steel pressure and non-pressure tanks. They can also be used as upper manways.
The hinged covers (outward opened) are equipped with two hinges and handle, which makes lifting simple and safe. Handwheels arranged around the edge of the cover and a proper gasket ensure the tightness of the construction. Manway components are manufactured from stainless steels in grades AISI 304L and/or AISI 316L.
Rectangular stainless manway Boyer P23-201 is successfully used in all types of applications requiring high hygiene and/or increased corrosion resistance. It is possible to make a special version of the manway for use in potentially explosive areas - ATEX for non-electrical equipment.
