Rectangular manway C68 (400x450 mm)
Rectangular stainless steel manway C68 (400×450 mm) is designed for installation in tanks, as well as in all types of process equipment and chambers. The 400×450 mm opening dimension allows the manway to be used for both loading and service or inspection purposes.
Rectangular manway C68 is equipped with a cover that opens to the outside of the tank. The compact and strong construction make the manway well suited for places where it is necessary to open the cover frequently to inspect the process or fill in raw materials. It will also work well as an inspection manway or protection of chambers with measuring instruments. This model was designed to be built into the roof of a stainless steel tank, but a dedicated flange at the bottom of the frame allows the manway to be installed in a cement base as well.
As standard, the C68 manway is manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, and optionally from AISI 316L. A wide range of materials used in the production of gaskets, allows the manway to be used in contact with a variety of working media (liquids).
