Rectangular manway A362R
Rectangular vertical manway A362R is a model equipped with multipoint cover holding and two hinges. This type of solution ensures an even distribution of forces pressing the cover against the frame. Moreover, it has a positive effect on the tightness of the manway and increases the range of pressure that can impact on the construction.
The large entrance created when the cover is opened, allows people to get inside the tank and bring in the tools and equipment needed to carry out maintenance work.
This model is built into the side wall of stainless steel tanks as standard. It can also be used as an overhead hatch, both in tanks and in other applications where a large inspection opening and increased pressure resistance are needed.
The basic version of the A362R manway is manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel and equipped with plastic handwheels. As an option, the manway is manufactured using AISI 316L grade steel and equipped with INOX screws. A wide range of elastomers used in the production of gaskets, allows the manway to be applied to many working mediums (liquids, fluids).
