Stainless steel oval manway for wooden tanks (barrels) E127BL
The E127BL oval manway is installed in the side wall of a wooden tank (barrel). The manway cover, is placed in a rectangular frame and allows opening towards the inside of the tank. The cover is closed with a single handwheel.
The main area where the E127BL oval manway is used are wooden tanks for wine production.
The use of oval manway E127BL
This model is structurally adapted for installation in wood. Therefore, most often the E127BL oval manway is installed in large barrels intended for aging wine, whiskey or brandy.
It is also used with good effect in barrels intended for aging beer and storing other products of the industry:
- wine,
- spirits,
- food.
Through the appropriate selection of gasket materials, the E127BL oval barrel manway can be adapted to many different products/media.
